Late Appointments

We allow a specific amount of time for each service. Should you arrive late the length of your service may be shortened or canceled to maintain our schedule of appointments for that day. Full-service fees will apply.

Reservations

In order to accommodate your selected services, we recommend that you book your appointments well in advance to avoid disappointment. We welcome walk-ins based on our availability.

 

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellations so that we may make that time available to our other guests. The first cancellation made in less than 24 hours will be allowed at no charge. The second cancellation made in less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge and all future appointments will need to be reserved with a credit card on file. The third cancellation made in less than 24 hours will result in a 100% charge.

No Shows or Multiple Cancellations

The first no-show will be allowed at no charge and all future appointments will need to be reserved with a credit card on file. The second no-show will result in a 100% charge. The third no-show will result in a 100% charge and all future appointments will need to be pre-paid with a credit card.

Children

In order for us to spend quality time with you, we ask that children not be left unattended. This policy is meant to provide safety for the child, as well as to minimize distractions for other guests. Thank you for your understanding.
